GEMMA Collins has teased the diet secret behind her three-and-a-half stone weight loss as she revealed her healthy lunch. The former The Only Way Is Essex star took to her Instagram stories to show off the delicious chicken, salad and rice she ate on Monday.

Self-proclaimed fitness queen Gemma, 41, relaxed at home in her swimsuit yesterday as temperatures soared across the UK. The reality TV favourite snapped away as she prepped lunch in the kitchen, as she revealed cut- up vegetables and bottles of sauces.

She went on to reveal she had made a healthy chicken dish for lunch, alongside white rice and a delicious vegetable curry. Gemma also showed off a noodle dish and leafy greens – as she laid out food to tuck into alongside her fiance Rami Hawash.
