A new superhero show, ‘Peacemaker,’ is here and one of the main characters is a lesbian!

The series picks up where James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad leaves off with Peacemaker (John Cena) trying to recover from serious injuries but working a new job for Amanda Waller (Viola Davis). The show features favorites from the movie, including Emilia Harcourt (Jennifer Holland) and John Economos (Stave Agee). Several new faces also make appearances, including Orange Is the New Black’s Danielle Brooks as lesbian character Leota Adebayo!
